Built in 1977, on the shores of the Pekuakami, (Lake St John), the Ilnu museum of Mashteuiatsh has as its primary mission to safeguard its cultural heritage. Explore the unique history and culture of our First Nation, still very much alive. The museum offers its exhibitions, an interpretation site about the flora, animated cultural activities and a boutique that sells authentic arts and crafts.
