Cost to become a member

For companies located in Quebec province
$315 CAD + applicable taxes

For companies located outside of Quebec province
$420 CAD + applicable taxes

The membership fee is valid for the current financial year of the Federation (from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025), regardless of the date on which we receive payment.

To submit a membership request, complete the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION form by choosing "Tourism Associate Member" as type of membership.

Advantages of being a Tourism Associate Member :

  • Possibility to participate in the Bienvenue Québec event, as a Seller with appointments; (In case of the event is sold out, the subscription could be refunded under certains conditions).
  • Access to the list of the Bus Carriers Federation's members;
  • Visibility of your company in the Bus Carriers Federation's membership directory on its website;
  • Access to the Member Area of the Bus Carriers Federation's website;
  • Reception of the Transporteur Express monthly newsletter (upon request);

Cancellation Policy - Tourism Associate Member Membership
Any fee payed to the organization is definitively made. No fee can be reimbursed during the year in the event of the resignation, exclusion or death of a Member.

Fortuitous Event Policy - Tourism Associate Member Membership
The Federation shall not be liable for the non-performance, in whole or in part, of one of its obligations toward the Member, nor for any damage or loss to the Member should the non-performance, damage or loss result from a fortuitous event or circumstances beyond its control.
