Description
This National Historic Site, located in the heart of the Old City was built over 200 years ago as the city's first prison. Today, it is home to an English-language cultural centre and houses a beautiful Victorian library. General and educational guided tours of the building, including its foreboding prison cells, are offered year-round in English and in French.
