CANCELLATION POLICY 

A written cancellation notice sent to kparent@federationautobus.com no later than May 24, 2024, will result in a 100% refund of the registration fees. Administration fees are non-refundable.

A written cancellation notice sent to kparent@federationautobus.com between May 25 and June 12, 2024 will result in a 75% refund of the registration fees. Administration fees are non-refundable.

No refund will be given for cancellation notices received after June 12, 2024

The general cancellation policy applies in the event of a participant's cancellation due to Covid-19 and its variants as well as for any illnesses or absences due to medical treatments.

The participant acknowledges that the expenses incurred in connection with participation in the golf game will not be reimbursed by the Federation in the event that the golf club in question decides, unilaterally, to no longer hold the golf game due to the fact that its course is not playable and/or due to inadequate weather conditions for the practice of this sport.
