Definition of "BUYER"
Buyers are professional organizers of group travel, more precisely: receptive agencies, tour operators, travel agencies, motorcoach operators.

TYPES OF REGISTRATION
 


  • A predetermined appointment schedule of up to 82 slots. Appointment sessions will begin on Monday morning, October 24 and end on Wednesday, October 26 at noon. Each appointment has a duration of 10 minutes.

    DELEGATE ACCESS |  Can$199* + applicable taxes

    • Dedicated booth on the marketplace floor for appointments
    • Schedule including 4 appointment sessions with flexible breaks
    • Meals: breakfasts and lunches on October 24, 25 and 26, 2022
    • Animated cocktails : On October 23 and 24, a great opportunity to strengthen business ties with your clients 
    • Accommodation: preferential rate at the official hotel of the event
    • Webinars and discussions "How to work with Québec" and "Who are the sellers at BQ" presented as part of the BQ Training - Education - Discussion program 
    • Full profile of your company displayed on the appointment request platform
    • Dynamic presentations from several tourist regions. 


    ! Some appointments on your schedule can be virtual, you must bring your own device (laptop, tablet or cell phone) to the event.

    The registration of a second delegate with appointments from the same company is subject to the approval of Bienvenue Québec.

All requests to register for the event is subject to the approval of Bienvenue Québec. 
A non-refundable administration fee of 3% will be added to the registration fee of the chosen registration.
